Each van stocks the most popluar parts needed to get your equipment up and running, while minimaizing downtime. Our road technicians are highly trained and have decades of experience. | Shop Service:
If your repair is too large or may need special equipment to complete, you can call on us! Our shop is fully equiped to repair many types equipment. We have a large steam cleaning area, in-ground forklift hoist, and overhead cranes to tackle the most time consuming and dedious types of repairs. Our shop technicians are also highly trained and well equiped to handle any repair you may need. We press tires at our facility. Please contact Larry Crye to schedule your shop service today.

WHAT DOES OUR FORKLIFT PM SERVICE ENCOMPASS???

INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES:
-
new air filter
- new oil filter
- fresh engine oil
- top off and check all fluids (antifreeze, hydraulic, transmission, brake, and battery)
- lubricate all zerk fittings
- clean and coat battery cable ends/posts and check for corrosion
- inspect distributor cap, rotor, ignition system, and plug wires
- check for any leaks (engine oil, hydraulic fluid, L.P. gas, etc.)
- inspect safety equipment (brake lights, horn, strobe light, etc.)
- inspect and lubricate (if needed) chains, mast slide rails, and sideshift rail
- blow out radiator and engine compartment
- check: forks and latches, load backrest, and over head guard
- inspect brake pedal free play, stopping response, inching control, and park brake
- check all tire wear, lugs and lug nuts
