This is the Richmond Hydraulic Service Family. Some of us are literally family, and others are as close as you can get without being related. Not only do we work together, but we play together as well. Larry Crye has worked in the material handling industry for over 40 years. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Forklift repairs of all makes and models. He handles the dispatching of road technicians, forklift and aerial equipment parts ordering and research, in-house shop repair schedule, and much more. He started his own forklift repair facility in April of 1988. Years later, he sold RIT and tried the retirement gig. When that was not suiting he started his current venture Richmond Hydraulic Service. In 2006, Larry expanded RHS into the material handling market and again launched areas only locally owned and operated Forklift repair facility. He enjoys watching the History Channel and Survivor. | Brian Demuth is our Sales Manager and handles the sales of new and used equipment and service. He started out in the repair of Forklifts in the early 1970's. Then he moved into sales of Forklifts in the early 80's. He really has a passion for the material handling industry and is extremely knowledgeable. He works hard to find each and every customer the exact item they are looking for. Brian has many sources for new and used Forklifts, Scissor lifts, Boom lifts, Sweepers, Scrubbers, and much more. He has developed numerous forklift operator safety training programs and presently teaches Forklift Operator Safety Training which is compliant with OSHA Standards 29CFR1910.178. Larry Werner has nearly 30 years experience in the material handling industry. Larry is an expert at PM service and is very thorough with all his PM's and repairs. As with all our other technicians, Larry is highly trained and certified. Larry enjoys buying and selling of muscle cars and vintage motorcycles. Larry has been a resident of this area all his life. He enjoys watching American Pickers, Pawn Stars, and Auction Hunters.
Mike Oler is yet another one of our Road Service Technicians with over 25 years experience. He specialize in the repair of Forklifts and other industrial equipment. He can repair any make or model in no time at all. He is an expert who likes the fast pace a road technician endures. Mike likes watching The Amazing Race and enjoys racing at local dirt tracks. He also likes riding ATV's and teaches a local ATV safety course. He is also active in 4-H.
Jeff Ellington is our Aerial Equipment repair specialist. He has over 15 years experience in the repair of all makes and model of Aerial Equipment, but is also an extremely skilled forklift mechanic. He has attended technical training by; Mitsubishi, Genie, Sullair, Ford Industrial, Honda, and OSHA safety training. Jeff enjoys watching Channel 7 news in the mornings.

| Bret Street started working on Forklifts in 1988 when RIT was formed. He is one of our In-House technicians. He will fix any problem that was too large or too time consuming for our road technicians to repair. He is excellent at diagnosing any problem with Forklifts. Bret likes to watch Dead Like Me and Two and A Half Men. In his spare time he helps a couple of his buddies work on their stockcars and enjoys NASCAR racing.
Duane Street handles the repair of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, jacks, and much more. He has over 25 years experience in the material handling and hydraulic industry. Duane also fabricates metal hydraulic tubes in a timely fashion. He will repair anything hydraulic when given the task. Duane likes to watch the History Channel and enjoys American history. He is an avid American Chopper fan and likes to hike trails with his dog.

Jeff Siefert is our Hydraulic Parts Specialist with many years experience. Jeff makes hydraulic hoses while you wait and can assist you with anything hydraulic related. He tracks our hydraulic inventory and replenishes when needed. He also does a lot of leg work to find those oddball hydraulic parts. He enjoys watching CSI and Sponge Bob Square Pants, with and without his daughter. He also likes genealogy, baseball card collecting, and model trains. jeff@richmondhydraulic.com
Diane Crye is head of accounts receivable and payable. She also helps out with the billing of customers and keeps the place looking spotless. In her spare time Diane enjoys all types of crafts and gardening. She likes attending flea markets where she brings home many ideas to feed her craftiness. Diane likes to watch Two and A Half Men, B. Josh Crye is our allied products salesman, webmaster, and marketing director. He graduated from Wittenberg University in 2006, with a degree in Political Science and History. Josh started fulltime with the company shortly after graduation and enjoys watching House, Bones, and Criminal Minds. He likes to fish, hunt, and ride his motorcycle. josh@richmondhydraulic.com
